By India Today News Desk: The BJP on Monday slammed the Congress over a morphed image from RRR’s iconic song Naatu Naatu that it had used to target the government on the Adani issue.
“Congress can’t even digest the fact that India won two Oscars today. Making fun of the things that made India proud, has become a habit of congress, be it Modi ji or Naatu Naatu,” tweeted BJP leader Dhaval Patel.
The Congress mocked the Centre with a morphed image from Naatu Naatu with the faces of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and industrialist Gautam Adani. The morphed image with the caption ‘looto looto’ was shared by the party’s Twitter handle after RRR’s Naatu Naatu won the Oscar for Best Original Song.
The ‘looto looto’ tweet is the latest in a series of Congress’s persistent attacks on the government over the Adani-Hindenburg issue.

Hindenburg Research has accused the Adani Group of fraudulent transactions and share-price manipulation. The Adani Group has dismissed all the allegations. But the Congress and other opposition parties have been demanding the Centre to form a joint parliamentary committee to look into the Adani issue.
Earlier this month, Rahul Gandhi had released a series of videos titled ‘Aapka paisa, Adani par lootaya’, alleging that the State Bank of India and the Life Insurance Corporation of India were “forced” to make investments to save the Adani Group.
