A Haryana-based manufacturer of cough syrup is now under the scanner for the death of 66 children in an African country. WHO had also alerted the Indian authorities about the same. Now a probe has been launched into it. The company is located in Pitampura, name of the company is Maiden Pharmaceuticals Limited. Since these allegations have been leveled, this company has gone incommunicado. The company has been locked out and people say that it has been locked since the allegations were racked up and the alert note was issued to the Indian authorities.
